You may return your teapot set within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and components.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not returned in their original condition.

If your teapot set arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your proof of purchase and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
