Yunnan province in south west China is home to the Pu'erh style of aged tea. This moist, mild and mountainous region, where conditions are ideal for growing tea. Full-bodied and dark, its earthy flavour gets stronger, thicker and more sweet the longer you brew it.
Pu Erh tea contains naturally occurring antioxidants. Free radicals are unstable molecules that can contribute to oxidative stress, while antioxidants help protect cells from oxidative damage as part of a balanced diet.
USE: 2-3 grams per 200 ml at 90ºC-95ºC and let stand for 4-5 minutes.
